How can I make a payment on my account?
There are several options you have to make a payment to your Credit Union of Georgia Visa Platinum Credit Card.

1.                  The fastest and easiest way to make a payment to your Credit Union of Georgia Visa Platinum Credit Card is to transfer the funds to your credit card account using Credit Union of Georgia’s online banking tool, eBranch. Log-on to eBranch today at www.CUofGA.org.

2.                  You may also use the Make a Payment feature on MyCardInfo to set up an ACH payment from any financial institution’s checking or savings account.

3.                  Of course, you can always make a payment by visiting any of our convenient Credit Union of Georgia branch locations, or by mailing your payment to:

If I suspect Fraud or Forgery on my account, what should I do?

Is MyCardInfo safe?
Yes! MyCardInfo is designed to keep your account information secure. Your session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity and your account number is never displayed on the screen. Also, you have the ability to select specific security questions that only you would know the answers to. If you have any questions please contact Member Services at 1-800-234-5354.

Activation and Usage

 

How do I activate my card?
When you receive your card, please call 1-888-691-8661 from your home phone. Once your card is activated, don’t forget to enroll your card for full online access with MyCardInfo at
https://cuofga.mycardinfo.com.

My card has been lost/stolen, what should I do?
Please call 1-800-234-5354 immediately to report your lost/stolen card. Our Member Services department will disable the card, which will limit unauthorized spending. To better assist us in servicing your account, please be prepared to let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.

 

What is Verified by Visa and how do I register?
Verified by Visa is another layer of security Visa offers their members for online purchases. Please visit Visa’s
Verified by Visa website to register and for more information.

 

How can I increase my Credit Limit?

What is APR and how do I find my APR information?
APR is the Annual Percentage Rate on your Credit Card. This is the amount of interest that is billed to your account for the convenience of carrying a balance. The APR is shown on your monthly Credit Union of Georgia Visa Platinum Credit Card statement.

 

What is a minimum monthly payment?
This amount is the monthly minimum you must pay to keep your account in good standing. This minimum amount is clearly stated on each statement and is equal to $25.00 or 2% of the outstanding balance.

 

Who can I call to assist me in understanding my credit card statement?
If you have questions regarding your statement or if you feel there is an error please contact Member Services at 1-800-234-5354.


How does Credit Union of Georgia keep my private information private?
Your privacy is very important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for specific policies and information.
 
I am traveling internationally, can I use my Credit Union of Georgia Visa Platinum Credit Card?
Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. We do strongly recommend that you call our Member Services department at 1-800-234-5354 prior to your departure as a fraud protection measure. When traveling internationally, please use the direct dial number of 001-515-457-2082 when trying to reach someone in the Member Services department. Please note, the toll free number will not work outside the United States.

Can I add an additional user to my Credit Union of Georgia Visa Platinum Credit Card account?
Yes, please call Member Services at 678-486-1111 (locally) or 1-877-590-6226 (out of the Metro-Atlanta area). They will quickly gather the necessary information from you. There is no fee for adding a secondary user.

I forgot my Username and/or Account Password, how can I receive a new one?
In the event you are unable to log into your account online, please call Member Services at 1-800-234-5354 or use the I Forgot My Username or I Forgot My Password options in MyCardInfo.

 

How can I receive a Cash Advance?

There are three convenient ways to receive a Cash Advance from your Credit Union of Georgia Platinum Visa Credit Card.

  1. You may visit any Credit Union of Georgia branch location.
  2. Visit any Credit Union or Bank that displays the Visa logo.
  3. Call 1-800-234-5354 to request a PIN to make withdrawals from any ATM.
How can I receive a personal identification number (PIN)?
As a security measure to protect you, the personal identification numbers (PINs) are not created unless they are requested. To request a PIN, please call 1-888-891-2435.
